The Challenge

A premier B2B marketplace needed a scalable way to acquire new business listings. The manual process of monitoring competing platforms, manually digging up decision-maker contact information, and blindly executing outreach was incredibly inefficient and expensive to scale humans against.

Scaling required a resilient data infrastructure able to dynamically bypass strict bot-detection (CAPTCHAs/WAFs), intelligently resolve incomplete data utilizing multiple external APIs, and autonomously categorize any inbound emails without dragging down their closing sales reps.

We architected an unbreakable 5-phase orchestration engine applying serverless browser automation alongside deterministic API enrichment logic. We sealed the loop using AI text classifiers to achieve zero manual input until a lead was highly qualified.
